hot,hot,hot

well, is it getting hot enough for ya?? it has been really warm here these past few days. we are getting into those ''lazy days of summer''... wewent fishing yesterday, again. we both had the day off together, and it was pretty, so we loaded the boat and off to the lake we went. we were there from 9 am until 4 pm. i started feeling overheated around 4, so i told chris that i was ready to wrap it up, and also because we had not even got a bite in about 2 hours.
we loaded up and went to eat on the way home.i ordered a grilled chicken salad. i was mainly thirsty... after i ate, i excused myself to the restroom. i was in there about 30 minutes. i was so sick. i vomited 3 times. sorry, to be so blunt, but it was horrible!!!!! i really think i got overheated.
when we got home, i came in took a shower, and went straight to lie down. i was exausted, and still nauseas. today, i felt some better. my mom called and asked me to go to lunch. mother, myself, and my nephew, drake, and niece, corrie, met us for lunch. we enjoyed some time together. it was great. i had to run a few errands, but came back home. chris and decided that we wanted to grill out tonight. we had a nice dinner by the pool, with the tiki torches lit, and the citro candles lit also, i might add...lol!! very relaxing and romantic..lol!!
we both are very tired.i will leave you with a conversation today, that i had with drake. i could not wait to tell mama. i took him home today after lunch. here it is.
DRAKE: DANA, ONE DAY, I AM GOING TO SING IN THE YOUTH CHOIR.
DANA: YES, ONE DAY YOU WILL BE OLD ENOUGH TOO.
DRAKE: I AM GOING TO SING WITH BEN-BEN. I KNOW HE IS LIKE, UM,6 YEARS OLDER THAN I AM, BUT I AM CATCHING UP WITH HIM...LOL,LOL.
DANA:YES,BABY, YOU ARE CATCHING UP WITH HIM. WHAT SONG WILL YOU SING WHEN YOU GET UP IN THE YOUTH CHOIR??
DRAKE:UM, UM,...I REMEMBER THE DAY!!
DANA: DO YOU KNOW THAT SONG??
DRAKE: YES,I KNOW IT!! UH!!

I THOUGHT THAT WAS SO SWEET, AND FOR A 4 YEAR OLD, REALLY INTELLIGENT, AND HE LOVES HIS BEN-BEN!!!!
