sunday lunch

today was a great day at church. we had a great service both am and pm. the LORD blessed in many ways. please pray for my grandmother. she thinks she has the flu, she has been experiencing flu-like symptoms. after church this morning, my mother prepared lunch for the family. we had pintos and ham, corbread, fried potatoes, slaw, veggie casserole,fresh corn, pepper relish, and bread pudding, pecan pie, pineapple cake, and chocolate chip cake. it was all just scrumpious!!!! she always outdoes herself. thank you mom for always cooking for us. we love it so much!!!!!
tommorrow , i am off to the southern christmas show with my friends, april, missy, april's mom, gloria, and april's sis-in-law, jessica. i can't wait. we have a blast every year. we will have breakfast, and then go to the show, and shop till we drop, and then stop for supper before coming home. pray for us as we travel. i hope yall have had a great sunday and a wonderful weekend!!!
